17:30. We start Hue Walking Food Tour to Foodie Streets to enjoy Special Cakes such as: Banh Beo, Banh Nam, Banh Loc,... (Fern-shape Cake, Steamed Rice Pancake with Shrimp and Rice/Tapioca Dumpling Cake ) that made by rice/tapioca flour.
Then we continue walking to Han Mac Tu Street along the Nhu Y river (Branch of Perfume river). Here you will enjoy clam dishes such as Com hen or Bun Hen (Mussel Rice, Mussel Noodle), you can feel the atmosphere of a beautiful and peaceful river.
Wandering on Le Loi Street then over beautiful Trang Tien Bridge, visit the colorful Dong Ba market to try Bun Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Vermicelli ) or Bun Bo Hue (Hue Noodle Soup with Beef) where you can see a lot of ingredients local people use for making their food, and explore the local life.
After then we walk on to Thuong Tu - the southeast gate of Imperial Citadel for Banh Khoai (Hue Fried Pancake). We continue walking to the night market, from here you can purchase some souvenirs such as sesame candies, conical hats, Ao Dai,... . On the way back, you can drink some local beer, share feeling and admire the romance at the night time.
