17:30. Our tour guide will meet you INFRONT of CO.OPMART HUE (OPEN GOOGLE MAP), we start Hue Walking Food Tour to visit the colorful Dong Ba market, the best whole sale market in Hue city. Here, you will learn how local people choose fresh ingredients to cook their daily traditional homemade food with our foodie guide. Then walking through Citdel Area of Hue to learn about Vietnamese Royalty.

We continue to walk over beautiful Trang Tien Bridge, and make stops in some authentic local restaurants to try some of the Best Authentic Local Food with Banh Khoai (Hue Fried Pancake), Nem Lụi (Grilled Minced Pork in Skewer), Bun Bo Hue (Hue Noodle Soup with Beef), Banh Beo (Steamed Fern-shape Cake), Banh Nam (Steamed Rice Pancake in Banana / Taro Leaf), that made mainly by rice/tapioca flour with Shrimp, Pork, Spring Onions and served with fresh vegetable and delicious dipping sauce.

Then we continue walking to Han Mac Tu Street located along the Nhu Y river (Branch of  Perfume river).
