1. Travel Visa to Vietnam:
Vietnam Visa is a kind of travel documents granted by Vietnamese competent authorities, providing permission to travel to and enter Vietnam. Almost all visitors to Vietnam need a visa to enter the country, although some qualified exemptions apply for citizens of those countries with bilateral reciprocal agreements with Vietnam. Depending upon the nationality and passport of the applicant. Tourist visa can be obtained at the Vietnamese diplomatic offices or consulates in foreign countries. You can also get the visa with the help of a licensed Vietnamese Travel Company, so-called "Visa On Arrival". Visas may be either single-entry or multiple-entry as requested at time of application.
- E-Visa to Vietnam:
An electronic visa (E-visa) is one of visa types issued to foreigners by Vietnamese Immigration Department via electronic system. From August 15, 2023, The Government of Vietnam has decided to issue an electronic visa (e-visa) to citizens of all countries and territories entering Vietnam from August 15 2023.
Vietnam E-visa is valid for maximum of 90 days, multiple entry. upon being granted an e-visa to Vietnam, a foreigner can enter and exit an unlimited number of times within 90 days, without having to go through procedures for obtaining a new visa. E-visa fee is paid via electronic payment gateway as prescribed by the Immigration Department. The fee for E-visa will not be refunded if the application is refused.
Outside Vietnam foreigners who want to enter Vietnam can Personally Apply for E-visa or through the inviting/guaranteeing agencies and organizations. - E-visa holders in Vietnam may be considered to get new visa if being invited/guaranteed by authority/organization/individual in Vietnam in accordance with Law on foreigners' entry into, exit from, transit through, residence in Vietnam.

- Vietnam Visa on arrival:
Vietnam Travel Visa on Arrival is an online, alternative way to obtain a visa to visit Vietnam. Visa on arrival is available for Air Travelers only. Those arriving by land or cruise are required to contact the local Vietnam embassy to get a full Vietnam visa before departure. The Visa on arrival must be picked up at Vietnam Airports after landing.
The easiest way is to get your Visa on Arrival is to do through a Licensed Vietnamese Travel Company. They can quickly and efficiently organize your pre-arranged visa on-arrival if you wish. Visa processing fee is reasonable at around $US10/person only. Except for American citizens who are required to pay a stamping fee of $135 to get a 1-year, multiple-entry tourist visa, other nationalities just need to pay $US25/person for single entry and $US50/ per person for multiple entry. To apply Vietnam visa on arrival (VOA), you need to send the following information:
- Arrival and Departure Dates
- Full passport details (passport number/name/gender/nationality/issued and expiry date)
- There must be several blank pages left on your passport.
- Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your travel date
Once receiving the information from you, travel agencies will secure a Visa Approval Letter for you. It usually takes about 2-4 working days (Except Saturday and Sunday) for a normal procession. Travel Agencies will then send you the letter via email or fax to you. You must present this letter when upon boarding your flight. Also, you need to prepare two passport photos (gray background, size 40mm x 60mm, taken within the last six months with high quality and reflect your true appearance).
On arrival at the Airport (Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City) please find the Visa on Arrival window/counter where you’ll hand over your passport and photos and be given a simple form to fill out. Pay the stamping fees of $US25 for the single entry and $US50 for multiple entry. Then it is done and you will pick up your passport with your new visa inside.
There are some countries which could not get visa upon arrival, you need to contact Vietnam Embassy right in your country/region:
› Pakistan, Afghanistan, Srilanka, Midle East countries
› Africa countries such as: Nigeria, Marok, Algerie, South Africa
- Vietnam Visa Exemption:
From August 15, 2023, visa exemption for citizens of the following countries with a temporary stay period of 45 days from the date of entry, regardless of passport type, entry purpose, on the basis of meeting all requirements: Entry conditions as prescribed by Vietnamese law:
- Federal Republic of Germany.
- French Republic.
- Republic of Italy.
- Kingdom of Spain.
- United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- Russia.
- Japan.
- The Republic of Korea.
- Kingdom of Denmark.
- Kingdom of Sweden.
- Kingdom of Norway.
- Republic of Finland.
- Republic of Belarus.
The policy of visa exemption on entry to Vietnam for citizens of the above countries is implemented for a period of 03 years, from March 15, 2022 to the end of March 14, 2025 and will be considered for extension according to regulations. provisions of Vietnamese law.
2. Travel Visa to Cambodia:
From Oct 2014 all visitors who wish to enter Cambodia can apply Cambodia e-Visa through the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International. Please check it out here at: www.evisa.gov.kh. Note: E-visa is only issued for those who arrive at the international airports of Phnom Penh or Siem Reap.
Alternatively, you can obtain the Cambodia visa upon arrival at the airport. There is no need to get the visa stamp at the Cambodian Embassy before your visit. Just prepare the following documents:
› A Passport valid within 6 months
› One photo (3 x 4 cm) in color, front view and with a plain/white background.
› US$ 30 Cash for tourist visa fee (Paid directly to the Immigration)
3. Travel Visa to Laos:
Same to Cambodia, you won’t need to arrange Laos Visa in advance as thirty-day visas are now available on arrival at International airport of Vientiane, Luang Prabang and Pakse. What you need are:
› A Passport valid within 6 months
› Three photos (Size 4x6cm) in color, front view and with a plain white background.
› US $45 Cash for tourist visa fee (Paid directly to the Immigration when you arrive).
