Vietnam Will Lift International Flights Restrictions from Feb 15
From February 15, Vietnam will lift restrictions on regular international routes; restore operations to the time before the COVID-19 epidemic. Specifically, the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam said that it had notified the aviation authorities of countries and territories about the lifting of restrictions on operating frequency with international flights, returning to normal as before.
During the COVID-19 epidemic, from February 15. The flight frequency depends on the regulations of the aviation authorities of the countries and the market demand.
At the same time, the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam has assigned the Vietnam Flight Management Corporation to announce the news about Vietnam lifting restrictions and returning to normal on operating frequency with international passenger flights. Regulations on entry and epidemic prevention for passengers entering Vietnam still follow the instructions of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Health.
In addition, the number of flights allowed to fly to other countries from Vietnam must still comply with the regulations of each country. According to PV's update, up to this point, regarding the operation of international routes, except for China, all countries that Vietnam proposed to restore air routes have agreed.
Previously, from the beginning of 2022, Vietnam reopened regular international routes with a number of countries and territories, but still limited the frequency of operation according to the requirements of epidemic prevention.
Also, The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has planned to fully open the door to International Visitors to Vietnam and bring foreign tourists through all border gates from March 31. Many localities and businesses are ready and waiting for new regulations.
