- SQ176 of Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Hanoi on March 15;
- QH1524 of Bamboo Airways from Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh City on March 13.
- SU290 of Aeroflot from Moscow to Hanoi on March 12;
- Qatar Airways QR970 from Doha to Ho Chi Minh City on March 10;
- QH1521 of Bamboo Airways from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Quoc on March 9;
- TK162 of Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Ho Chi Minh City, March 8;
- VJ826 of Vietjet Air from Malaysia to Ho Chi Minh City on March 4.
The Vietnam Ministry of Health recommends that all passengers on these 8 flights contact their local health facilities for instructions on health monitoring. Agents selling tickets to these passengers need to proactively inform the customers.
More localities in the country closed their sights and stopped tourism because of Covid-19. In Ho Chi Minh City, to ensure the safety of tourists and the community, the historic hall of Thong Nhat Hall today is temporarily closed from March 17 to April 1. Also on the afternoon of March 17, Binh Thuan People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the Tourism Association and related branches to direct resorts and accommodation establishments in the province to stop welcoming international tourists.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, there are about 7,570 tourists staying in the province, including more than 6,400 international visitors. For visitors who have been to before, accommodation establishments should fully implement the regulations to prevent and control epidemics, ensure health and safety in the community.
