WHO has evaluated the LightPower iVA SARS-CoV-2 1st RT-rPCR Kit, manufactured by Viet A, in accordance with the Emergency Use List Process (EUL) and the EUL code 0524-210-00. With this WHO recognition, the COVID-19 test kit has reached the international standard.
Earlier, on 21 April, the UK Ministry of Health and Social Care also issued a certificate of European standard (CE) and a certificate of free sale (CFS) for this test product. COVID-19 test kit can be sold freely in all member countries of the European Economic Area including the United Kingdom.
After being licensed by the UK Ministry of Health and Social Care, the Viet A COVID-19 test kit was exclusively ordered by a partner to distribute in the UK, India, Mexico, USA and some countries in Europe with the minimum commitment of 1 million tests / month.
